Hello! I’m Allen, the founder of JAT. Born and raised in Hartsville, South Carolina, I’ve always had a deep connection to my community and a passion for helping others. My journey to entrepreneurship started with a strong desire to make a difference, and it continues to inspire the work I do every day.
In 2019, I began my career in public accounting with a focus on helping high-net-worth individuals and business owners develop and implement their tax strategies. Those experiences gave me a strong technical foundation while reinforcing the values that define my approach today: integrity, clear communication, and a commitment to helping clients make confident decisions. I bring those same principles to every client relationship, striving to provide personalized services and practical solutions that promote success.
Away from the desk, you'll usually find me staying active or spending time outdoors. I enjoy running, weightlifting, and playing sports, and I appreciate the discipline and consistency they require—qualities that carry over into the way I serve my clients. I also enjoy hunting, spending time outdoors, and watching football with family and friends whenever I get the chance. Whether I'm training for a race, competing, or enjoying the outdoors, I value activities that challenge me and help me maintain a healthy balance between work and life.
Above all, my greatest joy is spending time with my family. My wife, Courtney, and our daughter, Layla, are my biggest supporters and constant source of motivation. They remind me every day why I work hard and inspire me to build a business centered on integrity, trust, and lasting relationships. Whether we're enjoying a quiet evening at home, watching a football game, or making memories together, family is at the heart of everything I do.
